These Terms and Conditions including the Schedules govern the use of the Funds Sniper Services provided by Funds Sniper to you and constitute the legal relationship between you and us.
Capitalised terms in these Terms and Conditions are defined in the Schedule 2 - “Definitions”, which is located at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
IMPORTANT: Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. By creating a Funds Sniper Account or using any of the Funds Sniper Services or by clicking the “Accept” (or similar button) with respect to the use of the Funds Sniper Services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Who is Funds Sniper and how to contact us?
1.1 About Funds Sniper. The Funds Sniper Services are offered to you by Funds Sniper Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with company number 1028156 and its registered office at Room 1305, 13/F, Hollywood Centre, 233 Hollywood Road, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
1.2 We are not an agent. Funds Sniper is not bound by any contract with the entities that Funds Sniper lists on its platform and does not act as an agent, representative, mandatary, or any other form of intermediary. Using Funds Sniper Services does not guarantee that you will find the right source of funding for you.

2. Scope of these Terms and Conditions
2.1 Coverage. These Terms and Conditions govern the availability and use of the Funds Sniper Services. Together with our Privacy Policy, our Pricing Page, and any other related terms and conditions, these Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and Funds Sniper. By registering for a Funds Sniper Account and the use of the Funds Sniper Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time).
2.2 Effective Date. The Terms and Conditions shall be effective as of the date of opening of your Funds Sniper Account and shall be terminated as of the date of the closing of your Funds Sniper Account. For the sake of clarity, the effectivity of the Terms and Conditions does not depend on whether you subscribe to Funds Sniper Services or not, the Terms and Conditions shall be effective even if you do not subscribe to any Funds Sniper Services.
2.3 Our acceptance of you as a customer. Our obligations under these Terms and Conditions are conditional upon our acceptance of you as a customer, which is at our sole discretion, unless otherwise required by Applicable Laws. We reserve the right to decline to provide the Funds Sniper Services or open a Funds Sniper Account for you without specifying a reason. For the avoidance of doubt, no Funds Sniper Services shall commence until (i) you have completed your registration, (ii) you have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and, (iii) we have received the Subscription Payment.
2.4 Amendments. We may, in our sole discretion, amend, revise or update these Terms and Conditions and any additional or supplementary terms that may apply. We will post the amended Terms and Conditions in the relevant section of the Website and provide you with notice of any material changes via email or the Customer Area. The changes will come into effect immediately unless otherwise provided in the notice of change. Any such change will not affect any Subscription that was initiated prior to the effective date of such change. If you continue to use the Funds Sniper Services after any changes to the Terms and Conditions, this shall constitute your consent to the changes.
2.5 Changes to Funds Sniper Services. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Funds Sniper Services at any time, including hours of operation or availability of the Funds Sniper Services or any Funds Sniper Services feature, without notice and, save where otherwise specifically provided in these Terms and Conditions, without liability. We may do this permanently or temporarily (for example, for maintenance).
2.6 Access to Terms and Conditions. You can access and view these Terms and Conditions at any time via the Website.
3. The Funds Sniper Services
3.1 Services structure. The Funds Sniper Services shall be available for you to use after you have set up your Funds Sniper Account, and comprise, at your choice, one of the three following Subscriptions:
3.1.1 Country Pass. The services comprised in the Country Pass are detailed in the Pricing Page on the Website.
3.1.2 Continent Pass. The services comprised in the Continent Pass are detailed in the Pricing Page on the Website.
3.1.3 World Pass. The services comprised in the World Pass are detailed in the Pricing Page on the Website.
3.2 Upgrade. During the term of your initial Subscription, you shall be entitled to upgrade your Subscription in the following manner:
3.2.1 If you subscribed for the Country Pass, you shall be entitled to upgrade your Subscription to Continent Pass or World Pass subject to additional Subscription Payment as detailed in the Pricing Page on the Website which shall be calculated on a pro rata basis.
3.2.2 If you have subscribed for the Continent Pass, you shall be entitled to upgrade your Subscription to World Pass subject to additional Subscription Payment as detailed in the Pricing Page on the Website which shall be calculated on a pro rata basis.
For the sake of clarity, you shall not be entitled to downgrade the annual Subscription plan you have selected until its anniversary date.
3.3 Independent. We act as an independent service, we are not your agent, partner, or joint venturer under these Terms and Conditions. Funds Sniper shall not have the entitlement, power, and authority to act on behalf of you or to bind you to any obligations, agreements, or transactions with third parties and vice versa. We assume no liability for any contacts or discussions you may have with an Investment Fund via Funds Sniper. You must address all questions and resolve all disputes relating to the potential business with the relevant Investment Fund. You do not authorise us under these Terms and Conditions to contact, deal, negotiate or otherwise represent on your behalf with the relevant Investment Fund.
3.4 Rights. No person or entity, other than you, has any rights in Funds Sniper Services in connection with your Funds Sniper Account. We strictly prohibit using the Funds Sniper Services while impersonating any person or entity or falsely claiming an affiliation with any person or entity. The Funds Sniper Services are intended to put you in contact with Investment Funds for your own needs. You may only use Funds Sniper Services for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to suspend any Funds Sniper Account used for criminal or malicious reasons.
4. Content of Website
4.1 Content. Unless explicitly specified or easily identifiable otherwise, all content accessible on the Website are from public sources. Funds Sniper diligently endeavours to ensure that the content presented on the Website does not violate any relevant legal provisions or third-party rights. The Website can contain external resources provided by third parties which you may access. You agree that these resources are subject to terms and conditions specified by each respective third party and that Funds Sniper has no control over them. Under no circumstances can Funds Sniper be held liable for the content and veracity of the Website or the content of external resources.
4.2 Intellectual property. Funds Sniper retains and reserves all intellectual property rights pertaining to such content. You are, therefore, prohibited from utilizing such content in any manner that is unnecessary or implicit in the proper utilization of the Funds Sniper Services. Specifically, but not exclusively, you may not copy, download, share (beyond the limits specified below), modify, translate, transform, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, edit, transfer/assign to third parties, or create derivative works from the content available on the Website. You are also not permitted to allow any third party to engage in such activities through your device, even without your knowledge. Any statutory limitations or exceptions to copyright shall remain unaffected.
5. Your Funds Sniper Account and Customer Area
5.1 Registration. You can sign up to your Funds Sniper Account via our Website. You may be required to provide supplementary information for us to set up your Funds Sniper Account so you may have access to the Funds Sniper Services.
5.2 Use of Customer Area. The Customer Area is our portal where you can access and manage the Funds Sniper Services, including the upgrading of your Subscription (as described in Clause 3.2).
6. Identity Checks and Information Requests
6.1 One-Time Password. The security of your Funds Sniper account is guaranteed by a one-time password (“OTP”). You can change the means of connection using a password that you can define in your Customer Area.
6.2 Accurate and up to date information. You must ensure the information on your Customer Area is always accurate and up to date. If we believe that your information is outdated or inaccurate, we may contact you and request further information or request that you go through the verification process again. You must provide the requested information as soon as possible and no longer than Ten (10) Business Days of any request.
6.3 Information requests. You must cooperate with our information requests so that we can enable your use of the Funds Sniper Services. This may notably include asking you for information to help us (i) identify you, and/or (ii) assess your constant compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
6.4 Verification. We may verify any information we receive about you or through third-party sources. You consent to and authorise us to carry out such verification. You consent to us sending your information to any third-party supplier to carry out the verification.
6.5 Access to the Funds Sniper Services. We reserve the right to suspend, limit or close the access to your Customer Area and/or your access to the Funds Sniper Services while we verify the information requested from you, or if we are unable to obtain or verify this information to our satisfaction. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect Losses arising out of your inability to use the Funds Sniper Services in accordance with this Clause 6.
7. Security and System Compatibility
7.1 Keep details secure. You must:
7.1.1 keep your usernames, passwords and other login credentials safe;
7.1.2 take reasonable steps to ensure your access to the Funds Sniper Services is safe (for example, by using a secure internet connection and making sure you log off the Customer Area when you leave your device);
7.1.3 comply with our reasonable instructions in relation to your use of the Funds Sniper Services;
7.1.4 not do anything during or after the duration of these Terms and Conditions which may result in the security of the Funds Sniper Services being compromised; and
7.1.5 inform us immediately if you suspect your Funds Sniper Account details have been compromised.
7.2 You must ensure that you have compatible hardware and software to use the Funds Sniper Services, in order to access the Customer Area.
7.3 In the event of suspected or actual fraud or security threats, we will contact you at your registered email address, via your registered phone number or via the Customer Area.
8. Subscription
8.1 Subscription Payment. You must pay us all applicable Payment before the due date. Prices of the Subscription Payment are detailed in our Pricing Page on the Website.
8.2 Currency and Payment methods. Any Payment made to Funds Sniper shall be done in Euro (EUR) or United Stade Dollars (USD) via one of the payment methods available on the Website. Information on payment methods is available during the purchasing process on the Website. All Payments are processed by third party services and Funds Sniper is not responsible for any Payment that fails or is refused by the third-party service provider.
8.3 Payment default. We reserve the right to suspend your access to the Funds Sniper Services if Payment due and payable to us are not paid in full by the due date.
8.4 Invoice. You shall have access (i.e. view and/or download) at any time, to all your actual and previous invoices related to your subscription to Funds Sniper in your Customer Area.
9. Restrictions on the use of the Funds Sniper Services
9.1 Restricted Funds Sniper Services. You must not use the Funds Sniper Services for any Restricted Services, which are listed in Schedule 1.
9.2 Compliance with Laws. You must only use the Funds Sniper Services in compliance with all Applicable Laws.
9.3 Breach of Terms and Conditions. If we believe that you may have breached these Terms and Conditions, we may take action to protect ourselves and any other third-parties, including:
9.3.1 closing, suspending, or limiting your access to any or all of the Funds Sniper Services; and/or
9.3.2 informing any court or any governmental or similar body, or any other parties impacted by your actions.
9.4 Notice of action. Where possible, we will tell you about any actions we take under Clause 9.3 (Breach of Terms and Conditions), using the methods set out in Clause 13 (Notice and Communications), but only if we are able to do so under Applicable Laws.
10. Limits
10.1 We shall impose at our sole discretion Limits in relation to the Funds Sniper Services. The details of your Limits shall be set out on the Customer Area from time to time.
10.2 You can view these Limits by logging onto the Customer Area. Funds Sniper may, from time to time, remove or change such Limits.
11. General Liability
11.1 Your Liability for Losses. You shall be liable to us and on our demand you shall promptly pay us, for all Loss arising from or in connection with:
11.1.1 any misconduct of yours with an Investment Fund; and/or
11.1.2 our exercising our rights under these Terms and Conditions;
11.1.3 except to the extent that, in each case, the Loss arises due to our negligence, wilful default or fraud.
11.2 Our negligence. If Loss is incurred due to our negligence or breach of these Terms and Conditions, we will promptly attempt to correct the error. Subject to Clause 9.3 (Breach of Terms and Conditions), we may be liable for any direct losses incurred as a result of our negligence or breach of these Terms and Conditions. In no circumstances will we be liable for any indirect, unforeseeable, or incidental losses incurred, such as loss of opportunity.
11.3 Compromised login. We shall not be liable for any Loss to the extent the security of the email account used to register for the Funds Sniper Services or the login details for the Customer Area has been compromised. If we become aware of any suspected unauthorized login we will notify you via email and lock access to your Funds Sniper Account, while we verify the login or as otherwise determined by us as necessary at our sole discretion.
11.4 Disruption or impairment of Funds Sniper Services. We shall not be liable for any suspension, disruption or impairment of the Funds Sniper Services including, but not limited to, system failures or other interruptions that may affect the operation of the Funds Sniper Services, or for disruptions or impairments of any third-party providers on which we rely for the performance of our obligations hereunder.
11.5 Compliance with laws. We shall not be liable for any Loss arising from our compliance with any Applicable Laws or requests from statutory or regulatory authorities (including in relation to any financial crime compliance).
11.6 Non-exclusion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude liability for gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or amended by agreement between the parties under Applicable Laws.
11.7 Your liabilities. You agree to defend, reimburse or compensate us (and our affiliates if applicable) and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, expenses or costs (including tax, legal fees, fines or penalties) that we incur or suffer due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, breach of any Applicable Laws and/or use of the Funds Sniper Services. This provision shall survive termination of these Terms and Conditions.
11.8 At your own risk. Your use of the Funds Sniper Services is at your own risk and the Funds Sniper Services are provided on an “as is” basis without representation or warranties of any kind. We make no representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever for the Funds Sniper Services or the content, materials, information and functions used on or made accessible by the Funds Sniper Services. We do not warrant that the Funds Sniper Services will be uninterrupted or error free.
11.9 Our liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, under no circumstances will we (or our affiliates if applicable) be liable under any theory of tort, contract, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for lost profits, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, each of which is excluded by agreement of Funds Sniper and you regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether Funds Sniper or any entity has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, Funds Sniper’s cumulative liability, including for claims, expenses, damages or indemnity obligations under or in connection with its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, will not exceed the total Payment payable by you to us for Funds Sniper Services in the Twelve (12) months preceding the date of the event giving rise to the claim upon which liability is based. In no event shall we, our affiliates, agents, representatives, directors, officers, or employees be liable for any act or omission resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, you hereby waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to your use of the Funds Sniper Services beyond One (1) year from the first occurrence of the act, event, condition or omission on which such claim or action is based.
11.10 Liability with Funds Sniper only. You acknowledge that we provide the Funds Sniper Services and may also delegate any or all of our rights and responsibilities under these Terms and Conditions to our affiliates, independent contractors or other third-parties (collectively, the “Providers”). No contractual relationships exist between the Providers and yourself and each of the Providers will accordingly have no direct liability to you nor owe any duty of care to you under any circumstances. You will not be a party to any agreement which we may enter into with the Providers from time to time, and accordingly you have no right to enjoy or enforce any benefit under such agreement or to claim against the Providers.
12. Term, Suspension or Termination of your Funds Sniper Services
12.1 Duration. Your Subscription will start when Funds Sniper confirms your payment and will continue for a period of One (1) year. Subscriptions are paid in full in advance.
12.2 Renewal. At the time of your Payment of the initial Subscription, you shall be entitled to choose the automatic renewal or not. If you have chosen automatic renewal, then auto-renew applies and, on anniversary date, you shall be charged of your Subscription renewal at the price provided for in the Pricing Page. By choosing the automatic renewal, you authorize Funds Sniper to save your payment method and automatically charge the renewal each year until you cancel automatic renewal. If you have not chosen automatic renewal, your Subscription shall be terminated on the anniversary date.
12.3 Prices revisions. We reserve the right to change our pricing, and, in the event of a price change, we shall attempt to notify you of the change by sending an email to the valid email address you have registered for your Funds Sniper Account. If you do not wish to accept a price change you may cancel the automatic renewal (if relevant). If you do not cancel the automatic renewal after the price change takes effect and prior to the start of your new Subscription period within the prescribed time period, your Subscription shall be renewed at the price in effect at the time of the renewal, without any additional action by you, and you authorize us to charge your Payment method for these amounts. For the sake of clarity if we have offered a specific Subscription Payment, such fee shall remain in force for that duration of the then current term. The price change shall apply for the Subscription renewal.
12.4 Termination or suspension by Funds Sniper. We may terminate or suspend your use of the Funds Sniper Services at any time in our sole discretion. Grounds for termination or suspension, including access to funds, include but are not limited to, (a) your violation of these Terms and Conditions, (b) your provision of any false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information, (c) we reasonably believe that your Funds Sniper Account has been compromised or for other security reasons, (d) if we are required to do so under any Applicable Laws, or at the direction of any regulatory, law enforcement or other competent authority, or (e) as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions. We shall notify you either prior to the suspension or termination or, if prior notification is not possible under the circumstances, promptly after the suspension or termination, unless we are prohibited by Applicable Laws to notify you.
12.5 Closing your Funds Sniper Account. You may close your Funds Sniper Account at any time in your customer area or by contacting our customer solutions team (as described in Clause 1.3). In the event you decide to early close (i.e. before the Term as stated in Clause 12.1) your Funds Sniper Account, you shall not be refunded of any Payment made for the Subscription of the Funds Sniper Services.
12.6 Consequences of ending the Funds Sniper Services:
12.6.1 Upon our decision to close your Funds Sniper Account, all Payments become due and payable, and all Payments paid are non-refundable.
12.6.2 Once your Funds Sniper Account is closed (whether by you or us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions), these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be automatically terminated (save for those provisions which are specifically stated as surviving termination).
13. Notice and Communications
13.1 How we contact you. We will contact you, at our discretion, via the Customer Area, via phone, by emailing you, by publication on the Website, by electronic message (including SMS and WhatsApp), email, or by any other electronic means available under these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information stored on your Funds Sniper Account in the Customer Area is correct and up to date.
13.2 Deemed received. All Communications in electronic format will be considered received no later than Three (3) Business Days after posting or dissemination, whether or not you have received or retrieved the Communication. Any Communication or notice sent by email will be deemed received by you on the same day if it is received in your e-mail inbox or is posted to your Customer Area before 5 pm Hong Kong time on a Business Day. If it is received after 5 pm Hong Kong time on a Business Day or at any other time, it will be deemed received on the next Business Day. You are required to keep copies of all Communications we send or make available to you.
13.3 Regular logins. It is your responsibility to log onto the Customer Area regularly and review the Customer Area, the Website and your email. It is your responsibility to promptly report any questions or apparent errors on your Subscription. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may result in loss that Funds Sniper shall not be liable.
14. Data
14.1 Data processing. We will ensure that all your personal information is held in accordance with the data privacy and security provisions of Applicable Laws and our published Privacy Policy. Your use of the Funds Sniper Services is subject to the Privacy Policy which you agree to as part of these Terms and Conditions. Please make yourself familiar with the Privacy Policy. Funds Sniper in its sole discretion may amend the Privacy Policy by an update on the Privacy Policy page of the Website. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time by clicking on the Privacy Policy section on the Website.
14.2 Consent to notifications. You will receive notifications on your Customer Area or by email that will inform you about new product features, promotions, etc. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to receive such notifications on a regular basis. If you do not wish to receive any notifications from us, please contact our customer support team at admin@fundssniper.com.
14.3 Affiliates and third parties. In order to perform the obligations under these Terms and Conditions and for the purpose of providing you with the Funds Sniper Services and/or other related services, your data may be collected by our third-party partners and our affiliates, and our affiliates may share such data with us.
14.4 Disclosure under Applicable Laws. You acknowledge and agree that Funds Sniper reserves the right to access and disclose personal data relating to you to comply with all Applicable Laws and lawful requests from government and/or other regulatory authorities.
15. Other legal matters
15.1 Rights. No other person other than you shall have any rights under these Terms and Conditions.
15.2 Governing law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
15.3 Disputes. In the event of any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Funds Sniper Services, the relevant parties shall resolve such dispute or claim through amicable negotiations. If such dispute or claim is still not resolved the dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Hong Kong.
15.4 No Third-Party Benefit. These Terms and Conditions do not intend to confer any benefit on any third party and no third party shall have the right to enforce these Terms and Conditions and in particular as set out in any Applicable Laws.
15.5 Waiver. If we fail to enforce any of our rights under these Terms and Conditions, or Applicable Laws, it shall not be deemed to constitute a waiver of such right or a waiver in respect of a subsequent breach or similar breach. A waiver shall be effective only if made in writing.
15.6 Assignment or transfer. We recognize only the rights of you, the holder of the Funds Sniper Account. You may not transfer, assign, sell or delegate any rights or obligations you have under these Terms and Conditions or otherwise grant any third party a legal or equitable interest over your Funds Sniper Account without Funds Sniper’s prior written consent. Funds Sniper reserves the right to transfer or assign or delegate these Terms and Conditions or any right or obligation under these Terms and Conditions at any time.
15.7 Force Majeure. In the event that Funds Sniper shall be delayed or hindered or prevented from the performance of any act required by reason of strikes, lock-outs, labour troubles, failure of power, riots, acts of terrorism, insurrection, war, mud-slide, fire, earthquake, tsunami, epidemic, pandemic, or where such act or omission is due to our obligations under provisions of Applicable Laws, or other similar reasons of a like nature not the fault of Funds Sniper, delayed in performing work or doing acts required under these Terms and Conditions, Funds Sniper shall as soon as reasonably practicable provide notice to you of such delay, and performance of such act shall be excused for the period of the delay and the period for the performance of any such act shall be extended for a period equivalent to the period of such delay. We will not have any liability to you where we are unable to perform our obligations because of factors beyond our control. If an event of force majeure affecting Funds Sniper continues for an unreasonable period as determined solely by Funds Sniper, we may terminate these Terms and Conditions in part or whole.
15.8 References in writing. A reference to writing or written includes email, the chat function on the Website and electronic message.
15.9 Severability. If a provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deleted and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
15.10 Relationship. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms and Conditions.
15.11 Headings. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit or construe or describe the scope or extent of such section or paragraph.
Schedule 1 – Restricted Services
1. use the Funds Sniper Services for any illegal purposes. We will report any suspicious activity and cooperate with any relevant law enforcement agency or regulator;
2. breach these Terms or any other agreement or policy that you have agreed with us;
3. infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy;
4. act in a manner that is defamatory, libelous, threatening or harassing when using the Funds Sniper Services;
5. provide us with false, inaccurate or misleading information;
6. refuse to cooperate in an investigation or provide confirmation of your identity or any information requested by us;
7. use the Funds Sniper Services in a manner that is likely to result in or may result in complaints, disputes, reversals, chargebacks, fees, fines, penalties or other liability to us, to third parties or to you;
8. facilitate any viruses, trojan horses, worms or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information;
9. use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our Funds Sniper Technology without our prior written permission;
10. interfere or attempt to interfere with our provision of the Funds Sniper Services;
11. take any action that may cause us to lose any of the services from our internet service providers, payment processors, or other suppliers;
12. use another customer’s Funds Sniper Services;
13. refuse or fail to provide further information about you or your business activities that we may reasonably request;
14. conduct your business or use the Funds Sniper Services in a manner that leads us to receive a disproportionate number of claims; or
15. behave in a threatening or abusive manner, or any other manner deemed unacceptable by us to our employees, consultants or other representatives.

“Country Pass” means the package of services provided by the Country Pass described in the Services Page on the Website.
“Customer Area” means the online portal which can be accessed via our Website when using your Funds Sniper Account and where you can manage the Funds Sniper Services.

“Limit” or “Limits” means any restriction that Funds Sniper can impose to you in the use of Funds Sniper Services.
“Loss” or “Losses” means all losses, liabilities, fines, charges, damages, actions, costs and expenses, professional fees (including legal fees actually incurred) and disbursements and costs of investigations, litigation, settlement, judgement, interest and penalties.

“Funds Sniper Technology” means the Website, Customer Area and Funds Sniper App, and any other technology provided to you to support your use of the Funds Sniper Services, and our proprietary technology, including our software (in source and object forms), algorithms, user interface designs, architecture and documentation (both printed and electronic), network designs, know-how, and trade secrets and including any modifications, improvements and derivative work.
“Investment Fund” or “Investment Funds” means any entity listed as investor on the Website.
“Pricing Page” means the Website’s page detailing offers and prices of each Subscription.
“Services Page” means the Website’s page detailing offers and services comprised in each Subscription.
“Subscription” or “Subscriptions” means the provision of Funds Sniper Services in consideration of the Payment.
